GPlay is a media playback application developed by FlowHub. It lets users play M3U playlists and Xtream Codes data supplied by a provider chosen by the user.
1. Data we process
To activate the device and deliver the right settings, GPlay may process:
- the device identifier / MAC address generated or reported by the device;
- platform, device model and application version;
- date of last access and IP address;
- playlists, addresses and credentials that the user enters in the application or on the management website;
- local preferences such as favorites, history, playback progress and settings.
2. Purposes
This data is used to:
- identify and activate the device;
- deliver the playlists authorized for that device;
- keep favorites, history and preferences on the device;
- provide technical support, prevent abuse and protect the service;
- process payments when the user chooses a payment method offered on the website.
3. Playlists and third-party content
GPlay does not sell, provide, host or distribute channels, movies, series or playlists of its own. Content comes from the source the user added. Playback depends on the availability, authorization and rules of the playlist provider.
When a playlist is played, the application connects to the address entered by the user or to a temporary protection route operated by GPlay. The playlist provider may receive technical connection data, according to its own policy.
4. Sharing
FlowHub does not sell users' personal data. Data may be processed:
- by the infrastructure needed to activate and run GPlay;
- by the provider of the playlist chosen by the user, during playback;
- by payment services, when used in a purchase started by the user;
- when required to comply with a legal obligation or to protect the rights and security of the service.
5. Storage and security
Activation information is kept associated with the registered device. The application uses local storage for preferences and usage data. FlowHub applies access controls, authentication and signed connections to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, but no internet-connected system is completely invulnerable.
6. Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed for activation, support, operation of the service and compliance with legal obligations. Local data can be removed by the user by uninstalling the application or clearing its data on the device.
7. Your rights
You may request information, correction or deletion of the data associated with your device. Send your request to [email protected], stating the MAC address or another detail that lets us locate the record. We may ask you to confirm ownership to avoid improper deletions.
8. Children
GPlay is not specifically directed at children. Guardians should supervise the use of the application and of the content sources added to the device. Adult content categories can be hidden and protected by a PIN inside the application.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated when the service or legal requirements change in a relevant way. The current version is always available on this page.
